I'm a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and lifelong athlete with a mission: to help people overcome pain, rebuild strength, and move with confidence again.

My story? I was hit and run over while cycling—shattering multiple bones and having to relearn how to walk. That experience didn't break me—it transformed me. Now, I combine evidence-based fitness with holistic recovery tools to help others do the same.

Whether you're recovering from injury, building strength, or improving flexibility, I bring lived experience, expertise, and empathy to every session.

As a dedicated health and fitness professional, I offer a holistic and deeply personalized approach to injury recovery, strength building, and mobility and flexibility training. With a unique blend of expertise as an athlete, certified yoga instructor, and personal trainer, I help individuals reconnect with their bodies, overcome limitations, and achieve sustainable physical wellness.

What truly sets me apart is my lived experience: I personally rehabilitated  myself from a life altering accident. This journey not only deepened my understanding of the physical and mental demands of recovery but also reinforced my commitment to helping others heal and rebuild from injury—physically, emotionally, and functionally.

Whether you're recovering from injury, seeking to improve functional strength, or aiming to enhance your mobility and flexibility, I provide empathetic, evidence-based, and experience-informed guidance tailored to your goals and needs. My programs integrate elements of athletic conditioning, therapeutic movement, yoga, and strength training to support long-term health, resilience, and performance.

 Recovery & Rehabilitation Plan

Ideal for: Clients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic pain.

Includes:

  • Initial assessment (injury history, movement screening)
  • Personalized rehabilitation exercises
  • Postural and gait retraining
  • Gentle strength rebuilding
  • Restorative yoga and breathwork for healing
  • Ongoing progress tracking and program adaptation

Duration: 8–12 weeks
Delivery: In-person / Virtual/ Hybrid


🔹 2. Resilience:

Functional Strength & Conditioning Plan

Ideal for: Athletes, active individuals, and anyone wanting to build real-world strength and resilience.

Includes:

  • Strength training tailored to individual sport/lifestyle goals
  • Functional movement assessment
  • Core and stability training
  • Injury prevention protocols
  • Periodized programming (build, peak, recover)
  • Optional yoga for recovery and joint support

Duration: 12 weeks+
Delivery: Gym-based / At-home plan / Hybrid


🔹 3.  Flow Reset:

Mobility & Flexibility Intensive

Ideal for: People with stiffness, movement limitations, or looking to prevent injuries.

Includes:

  • Full-body mobility screening
  • Daily mobility drills (hips, shoulders, spine, etc.)
  • Yoga-based flexibility and deep stretching routines
  • Breathwork for nervous system regulation
  • Myofascial release techniques (if applicable)

Duration: 4–6 weeks
Delivery: Virtual sessions + follow-along videos / In-person

Integrated Performance Plan

Ideal for: High performers, athletes, or those with multiple overlapping goals.

Includes:

  • Blend of strength training, injury prevention, mobility, and recovery
  • Cross-disciplinary training: yoga, resistance, and functional movement
  • Nutrition and recovery guidance 
  • Mindset coaching: resilience, discipline, self-trust

Duration: 12+ weeks (ongoing option)
Delivery: Full hybrid – custom weekly schedule with check-ins
